FAQ

Can a Russian citizen obtain Grenada citizenship in 2026?
Not under the standard rules. Applications from Russian citizens are suspended. Individual cases may be considered for applicants with long-term permanent residence outside Russia and no assets there, but no one can guarantee the outcome
Which Caribbean programs currently accept Russian and Belarusian citizens?
None. St Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia and Grenada have suspended applications from citizens of Russia and Belarus. Vanuatu suspended them in 2022
What does the E-2 visa give a Grenada passport holder?
The right to live and run a business in the US based on an investment in a US company. The visa can be renewed indefinitely, but it does not lead to a green card and requires active management of the business
Is the national fund contribution refundable?
No. The fund contribution is non-refundable. The real estate route lets you recover the investment by selling the property no earlier than five years later
