Does this visa lead to Colombian citizenship?
No. Time spent on a digital nomad visa does not count toward the five years required for a resident visa and citizenship. For that you need an M category visa
Can I apply without leaving my home country?
Yes, the application is filed online through the website of Colombia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, no personal presence is required
