FAQ

Can I buy property remotely?
Yes, the deal can be done by power of attorney, but registering the investment with the Bank of the Republic and opening an account usually require one personal visit
How do I transfer funds to Colombia?
Colombian banks do not accept direct transfers from some jurisdictions, such as Russian banks. We design the payment route individually, most often via an account in a third jurisdiction. This is the key question of the deal, and we address it first
Does a large investment shorten the time to a passport?
The investor visa itself does not. Only the R resident visa speeds things up: you can apply for it after two years with an investment of 650 minimum wages or more
